- [x] 饭+3个鸡蛋黄搅匀
- [x] 炒干,加鸡蛋白炒匀,加点盐调味,盛出
- [x] 熬虾油,炒香蒜、海鲜、洋葱、蘑菇
- [x] 黄油+玉米淀粉炒熟,加100ml奶油+300ml牛奶,熬成糊糊
- [x] 加海鲜,倒入饭上面
- [x] 撒芝士,200度8分钟
